Work out at Bloomington today. It was pretty good for me but we definitely could have done a better job at packing. I stayed on the pack good for the first three but the last one I started behind to mix up the group and I kinda got trapped but I still feel like I pushed hard. Nice work out on the region course. We did a long warm up and then did 4x5:30s at 5k and 8k pace. The first two were really good. The third one we kinda interrupted the youngsters race so we have to run up a sand hill and it was pretty hard but the next one we hit our pace really good again. Good job to every one who raced!! | Merry Christmas!!! Had a decent run with Josie and my dad. We ran a little faster than i wanted to but i survived. Josies slow pace is my fast pace haha.
