| Had a good morning run today. We had a long run and I felt better than I thought I would. We ran down by arctic cirxle and by the hospital and a loop from there. We had pick ups. They were 1,2,1,2,1. They felt good. Great run over all!

| had a long run this morning. it was super warm and felt way good. we ran to sullavin and ran on the trail and did our pickups. we had 1,2,1,2,1 pickups. they felt pretty good. good run overall!

| Had a great race today! Ran the 3200 and felt kinda sore but tried to push my hardest. My goal was to serge at all the zones and I did a good job at that and I qualifies for state!!!

| this morning we had a long run. my legs were kinda sore at the begining from saturday but they loosened up as we got going. we ran up formaster and and then ran down in and ran of the river trail by 2450 and ran back. felt good for the most part!
