| today we had a time trial. we started off with a 15 minute warm up and then a 10 minute tempo before our race. i liked the tempo before. it really helped me feel like i was warmed up before our race. the race was great. i felt like i did good. i kinda got tired on the second lap but i was not going to fall off the pack. i felt good about my race. i finished fourth right behind jacey. ended with a small cool down.

| suu race today! we had about a twenty minute warm up. we were chilling at the start line for like 30 minutes while they were figuring out the jv races. we sang and got way pumped up. i felt way good today! i got 4th on the team and 11th over all. we did way good as a team!

| Finally back running from my wisdom teeth! I did an easy run with josie and macey and my mom. I felt pretty good on the first half considering that i haven't ran in 3 weeks. The way back was a little harder but it was good

| We met as a team today and ran chuckwala. It was fun and better than yesterday. We also did 6 striders after our run. They felt good and i focused on my form a lot durring them. good run!
