today we had a long run. i did not feel very good today so i cut back my minutes. my legs were very tired i think from not training too hard last week. we aslo had pick ups 1,1,2,1,2.
today we had a easy run on the grass. it was a good recovery from yesterday since i did not feel good and my legs were tired. i felt a lot better today. we also had 8 striders.
today we had a time trial. we started off with a 15 minute warm up and then a 10 minute tempo before our race. i liked the tempo before. it really helped me feel like i was warmed up before our race. the race was great. i felt like i did good. i kinda got tired on the second lap but i was not going to fall off the pack. i felt good about my race. i finished fourth right behind jacey. ended with a small cool down.
