Had a long run today. We ran over the new bridge and into the fields. It was a pretty fun run but kinda long haha. We also had pickups 4x1. They felt good for the most part.
Today we had the best work out!!! We had 6x1 min, 1 lap, 5x30 sec , lap, 5x30 sec, lap and then 6x1 min , cool down. I felt good the whole time! My favorite work out.
