Nice and eventful run today. Ran into Middleton and then jacey and Jess cot cut up form bar wire haha. Ran back and did 8 strider. Felt good today tho!

Morning run and plyos

Work out today. We did 5x3:45 mins or about 1000s. I did fine concidering I’m sick but I definitely wanted to do better. I stayed up With the group for the first 2 and it kinda just went down hill from that. Definitely things I can take away and learn from tho.

Good run this morning. Did the some of the Park way loop. I felt pretty good for the most part. Didn’t have too good of a pack but had some girls come and push with us! Good run over all!
