| today we had a work out at the reigion course. it was not my day. i didnt feel very good. we started off with 4 striders then i did 1200, 1600, 1200, 1200. i felt pretty good my first two, then on my third i kinda fell off and my legs hurt, and on the fourth one i got a side ache and finished kinda slow.

| we had a beast hill run today up at camp. we ran down a giant hill and then had to come up it. i stayed with josie almost the whole time and then i had a small break and then me jos and all bal finnished up it together. it was a good though

| had a LONG HARD run today on cool trail by our camp. it was mostly down hill on the way out and almost all up hill on the way back. it was a pretty good run but my legs were a bit tired from yesterdays run

| today we ran down the mountain to do a good hill work out. we did 2x3 80 second hills. I felt pretty good. i kinda died off the last 15 20 seconds of the hills so i need to work on that. it was good thought!

| good easy morining run. we jumped over a wall and sara fell off and broke her arm. it was a good easy run though. we had 8 striders

race in cedar. we got up there and did a bout a 10 ish min warm up. the race was good. i stayed with the pack for the first mile and then fell off the second mile. the third mile i cought up to jacey and we pushed the last 800 meters together which was good. i got 19:57 which is ok.

| today we had a dope run up pinevalley. it was very hard on the way up with a lot of stops but we mad it up in 1 hour and 45 minutes. we chilled at the top for a while and looked at the view. we ran down a lot faster than the way up. it was supper fun! we also ate fresh raspberries!

| suu race today! we had about a twenty minute warm up. we were chilling at the start line for like 30 minutes while they were figuring out the jv races. we sang and got way pumped up. i felt way good today! i got 4th on the team and 11th over all. we did way good as a team!
