today we had a work out at the reigion course. it was not my day. i didnt feel very good. we started off with 4 striders then i did 1200, 1600, 1200, 1200. i felt pretty good my first two, then on my third i kinda fell off and my legs hurt, and on the fourth one i got a side ache and finished kinda slow.
