| todays run was good. We had a half road half grass run with 6 Striders. My legs were kinda tired from yesterday but it was a pretty good run! Also it was the first day of kids club.

| today we had a tempo. I didn't feel quite as good as I hoped to feel. I felt pretty good for the first 12 minutes and then my legs got way tired. I cut back the minutes and only did 20 minutes tempo.

| Today we ran in a long road by our houses for youth conference. It was pretty too! My hamstrings aren't hiring anymore so that's good! My Achilles were kinda hurting but I'm going to ice and stuff.

| Today was our long run. I felt good until after our 4x1 minute pickups. After that I felt like crap. We still had to run up a giant hill and I stayed on the pack for a while and then I fell off a lot. I need to start drinking more water on sundays to help prepare for long runs.

| Long run today! Felt a lot better than last long run. We ran to green springs. We all had a good pack and I felt good on the pick ups. We had 5x1 minutes. I fell back on the last 10ish minutes cause I got a stupid side ache but I tried to keep pushing. Good run over all!

| Today was our dirt mile tempo. We had 25 minutes at about 7 pace as the average. It felt way good! Coach holt gave us the goal to have s group of 5 girls running as a pack and we did pretty good! I felt pretty good the whole time! I felt tons better than last tempo. Good day over all!

| Today we met at the heritage park. We pretty much just ran the dog town course backwards. We had a good group for the first couple minutes but then me and rylee and addi and robs ran together for the last bit. My legs were tired from yesterday but it felt ok. We also did a faster finish.
