Good work out today! I finally felt back into it again. I hadn’t felt peppy since stage and it felt good to be back into it again! Great group for most of the workout
Good run this morning. Did the some of the Park way loop. I felt pretty good for the most part. Didn’t have too good of a pack but had some girls come and push with us! Good run over all!
