I am a junior at Pine View and I LOVE to run!
fun run today! we had a 30 minute tempo. it felt pretty good! our tempo pace was on the whole time but got a little to fast at the end.
Morning run and weights
Had a nice chill trail run today my tonaquint intermediate school. Jacey and Caroline got lost haha. We had 6 striders at the end.
Had a good work out today. We had a work out: 4x1 6x1 4x1 around the track. It was a pretty good workout for the most part

Today was the root beer mile! It was just a party! I broke 20 getting a pr from last year haha
We had a long run today. We ran up to turkey town. It was a super fun run! We had 1,1,2,1,2 minute pickups. I felt pretty good today but my legs were kinda tired.
