today we ran down the mountain to do a good hill work out. we did 2x3 80 second hills. I felt pretty good. i kinda died off the last 15 20 seconds of the hills so i need to work on that. it was good thought!

had a LONG HARD run today on cool trail by our camp. it was mostly down hill on the way out and almost all up hill on the way back. it was a pretty good run but my legs were a bit tired from yesterdays run

we had a beast hill run today up at camp. we ran down a giant hill and then had to come up it. i stayed with josie almost the whole time and then i had a small break and then me jos and all bal finnished up it together. it was a good though

today we had a work out at the reigion course. it was not my day. i didnt feel very good. we started off with 4 striders then i did 1200, 1600, 1200, 1200. i felt pretty good my first two, then on my third i kinda fell off and my legs hurt, and on the fourth one i got a side ache and finished kinda slow.
