Long run by pioneer park this morning. I felt soooooo good today!!! I was kinda tired coming into it but felt a lot better getting into the run. We had 8 hill repeats. They felt good and we packed super good for them! Fun run over all!

Fun run into Washington today we were kinda draging at the beginning but me and jess picked it up. We looped it down into sanbergs and finished there. Sun run over all!

Morning run

Nice work out on the region course. We did a long warm up and then did 4x5:30s at 5k and 8k pace. The first two were really good. The third one we kinda interrupted the youngsters race so we have to run up a sand hill and it was pretty hard but the next one we hit our pace really good again. Good job to every one who raced!! Good day over all!

Weights and plyos 

Our afternoon run we cut back or minutes cause we went over so much yesterday. It felt good cause my legs were pretty tired. 8 striders to end the run.

Super good work out today! I felt awesome!! My legs were a little tired from Wednesday still but I still pushed hard. We had a good group for the first 10ish minutes but only me and jess and jac an Caroline finished together. Had a nice cool down. Good day over all!

Nice run this morning before the car wash! It finally cooled off this morning and it felt nice to run it. We ran down hell hole and ran down the river trail. It was a super good run over all!
