i had a great work out today! we had 6x1 min then 2x 5x30 sec and the 6x1 mins. we had a very good pack for the first 1 mins. when we got to the 30 seconds we kinda split up but we still had a good group. the 30 seconds were the hardest part of the workout for me but i stayed in there the whole time. after those i felt like it went by fast. i felts pretty good for the most part today tho
