Today was our long run for the week. We ran on the turtle trail and then we picked it up for the sand hill. It was very hard but I tried to keep pushing. I was really confused where the top was but I think my time to the top was 15:30 and to the bottom was 22:00. It was hard but I felt very accomplished at the end. Good run over all!

today we ran into hell hole. i was not excited about this run going into it but felt a lot better one we got into it. it was fun running down the hills and the up hill was hard but we all did good and packed well. good run over all

i had a great work out today! we had 6x1 min then 2x 5x30 sec and the 6x1 mins.  we had a very good pack for the first 1 mins. when we got to the 30 seconds we kinda split up but we still had a good group. the 30 seconds were the hardest part of the workout for me but i stayed in there the whole time. after those i felt like it went by fast. i felts pretty good for the most part today tho

today we met at vernon worthon park. my legs were very tired from the week so i kinda chilled a little todoy. it felt nice to relax a bit and take a run easier. we finished off with 8 striders
