Today was our long run. I felt good until after our 4x1 minute pickups. After that I felt like crap. We still had to run up a giant hill and I stayed on the pack for a while and then I fell off a lot. I need to start drinking more water on sundays to help prepare for long runs.

Today we had a half grass half road run. I felt pretty good today. A lot better than yesterday. Also we had 6 striders and I didn't stay for kids club.

Ran up turtle trail today. It felt pretty good. We are trying to push the last couple minutes of all of our runs to work on kicking for races but it's going to take a bit of getting used to. I felt pretty good over all tho.

We ran up to Dino tracks today for a hilly run. It felt pretty good over all. I fell back a little bit on the big hill but flipped just after that and mostly stayed with the group the rest of the way.

Today we met at the park in Dixie drive. We ran on the river trail and i felt good! On the way back we started to pick up the pace a lot but it felt good to go fast today haha. We also had 6 striders.

Today for our run we met at my house and ran into warner valley. It was me josie Addi Alli Maycee and Rachel came. I wish more girls would come to Saturday runs tho. I felt way good today!! We did our negative split pretty good! Super fun run over all!
