Nice work out on the region course. We did a long warm up and then did 4x5:30s at 5k and 8k pace. The first two were really good. The third one we kinda interrupted the youngsters race so we have to run up a sand hill and it was pretty hard but the next one we hit our pace really good again. Good job to every one who raced!! Good day over all!
