Not too good work out today. We had 7x3 minute repeats st 3k,5k,8k,5k,8k,5k,3k pace. It was super hard for me today. I don’t think I drank enough water and my legs were just exhausted. I need to get some more sleep even though I’ve been sleeping pretty good. I definitely got some things out of the work out today tho that I need to work on.
