Morning run

Had a nice work out today!! We had 2x7 minutes at race pace  we had a nice pack for the first one but fell apart the second one. I still got my times on the second one but fell off of jacey and Jess a little at the end.  We finished with 4x200s and they felt super good! Good work out over all!

Nice medium distance run this morning. It felt good to run again after the weekend. My hamstring has kinda been tight so I made sure to stretch it good on Sunday night. Good run over all! 4 striders

Not too good work out today. We had 7x3 minute repeats st 3k,5k,8k,5k,8k,5k,3k pace. It was super hard for me today. I don’t think I drank enough water and my legs were just exhausted. I need to get some more sleep even though I’ve been sleeping pretty good. I definitely got some things out of the work out today tho that I need to work on.

Decent run today. My side has kinda felt funky today and I’m not really sure what’s going on. It hurt on the way out but felt better on the way back. We had 6 students to finish off our run. Drank more water today so that’s good!

Had a long run his morning around parkway. It’s was a pretty good run. We didn’t have to big of a pack with I was kinda bummed about but it can only get better!!! Felt good and finished reeeallly strong.
