Had a nice run on suicidal tendencies today. I felt really good!  Super fun running with the girls. Nice long weekend and it was great to catch up on some more sleep!!

Work out at Bloomington today. It was pretty good for me but we definitely could have done a better job at packing. I stayed on the pack good for the first three but the last one I started behind to mix up the group and I kinda got trapped but I still feel like I pushed hard. Good work out for the most part and good job to those who raced!!!

Today's run was not the best. I don't fell to good and my gut was hurting. I lost what are the odds to brianna so I had to jump in the gross ponds at green spring but it was fun lol. Did 8 striders to finish the run.

Nice work out on the region course. We did a long warm up and then did 4x5:30s at 5k and 8k pace. The first two were really good. The third one we kinda interrupted the youngsters race so we have to run up a sand hill and it was pretty hard but the next one we hit our pace really good again. Good job to every one who raced!! Good day over all!

Nice run this morning before the car wash! It finally cooled off this morning and it felt nice to run it. We ran down hell hole and ran down the river trail. It was a super good run over all!
